TPCR4 and the rollover year are the gas and electricity transmission price controls which ran between 1 April 2007 and 31 March 2013. This report identifies the following:

  • impact on customer bills
  • outputs which have been achieved over the period
  • the revenue the transmission owners were able to recover
  • the actual expenditure against that allowed in the price control and the workloads associated with these costs.
