Fleetwood entry capacity obligation – Modification of the Special Conditions of National Grid Gas’s transporter licence

The Section 23 Notice consults on changes to National Grid Gas’s gas transporter licence to reduce the amount of capacity obligated to be released at Fleetwood from December 2017. The covering letter describes the background and justification for the proposed changes.
