It is with great regret that we must announce that David Harker, a non-executive director of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (GEMA), died on 2 March 2015.
David was a member of GEMA from 2009 and provided invaluable advice and support to current chairman David Gray, and to his predecessor, John Mogg. He will be greatly missed.
