NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 02 July 2019 a gas transporter licence was granted under section 7(2) of the Act to Squire Energy Limited (company number 04786330) whose registered office is situated at 25-29 High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8AB, United Kingdom, authorising it to convey gas through pipes to any premises in Great Britain and convey gas through pipes to any pipe-line system operated by another gas transporter which is designed to receive gas at an operating pressure not exceeding 7 bar gauge.
