This document consults on proposed changes to the Charge Restriction licence conditions (CRCs) required to implement the RIIO-ED1 price control settlements for the slow-track DNOs.
We are also consulting on a draft of the Price Control Financial Handbook which forms part of the licence. The handbook includes our proposals for provisions for the close out of current price control (DPCR5) schemes. We also propose to apply these provisions to the fast-tracked licensees owned by WPD.
