The plan, based on our decision to proceed with Reform Package 2a, shows a summary of activities for the remainder of the Enactment phase as well as key milestones within the Design Build and Test phase.
It shows:
- Licence modifications effective and RECv1.0 designated in January 2019.
- Completion of our Full Business Case (FBC) in 2019.
- Contract award for service providers for the Central Switching Service (CSS) in February 2019 with contract signature in April 2019.
- The completion of the Full Physical Design Baseline in July 2020
- A planned go-live in Summer 2021 following a staged transition period with the enduring REC v2.0 being designated at the same time.
