NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 14 November 2019 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Pavilion Energy Spain, S.A.U. (company number A88410493) whose registered office is situated at Paseo De La Castellana 259C - Torre Cristal, Plant, Madrid, 28046, Spain, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
