Ofgem and DECC held a joint forum for independent suppliers on 2 October 2014. This was to openly discuss and gain feedback on current and future engagement between Ofgem/DECC and independent suppliers, and to provide updates on upcoming and future policies including the Market Investigation Reference and Smart Meters.
We have asked that delegates follow up with any additional feedback. In particular, we have asked for feedback on the online engagement options, the internal departmental toolkit and proposed engagement activities and format of future forums.
Independent suppliers’ continuous feedback is appreciated as we pilot engagement activities.
