We have consulted on our guidance for generators which details how we will administer the Offtaker of Last Resort (OLR) scheme, before it opens to applications on 1 October 2015.
The consultation document below contains the draft guidance and an open letter which gives the purpose of the consultation and instructions on how to respond. The associated templates, which are also being consulted on, are provided as subsidiary documents.

We have now published a response to this consultation which gives answers to a number of questions received from stakeholders and documents what changes we have made to the guidance as a result of the feedback received.
