The Authority proposes to modify certain standard conditions of the transmission licence for TC Dudgeon OFTO plc using our powers under Section 8A of the Electricity Act 1989. The modifications are set out in the attached notice.
This is a statutory notice of the Authority’s determination to grant a licence in respect of the Dudgeon project following TC Dudgeon OFTO plc becoming the successful bidder.
