We propose to make changes to the Electricity Transmission Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.
This notice proposes changes to Version 6.1 of the RIGs for RIIO-ET1 published on 28 March 2018.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Licence Condition B15 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity transmission licence.
Please let us know, by close of business on 5 April 2019, if you have any comments on the proposals. Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction on or after 12 April 2019.
