1. Anesco GHEB Limited, (company registration number 08274589), the registered office of which is The Green Easter Park, Benyon Road, Reading, RG7 2PQ, United Kingdom has written to the Authority seeking its consent under Section 7A of the Act to the transfer of the Electricity Generation licence granted to Anesco GHEB Limited, pursuant to section 6(1) (a) of the Act to Breach Farm Energy Storage Limited (company registration number 11646096), the registered office of which is at The Scalpel, 18th Floor, 52 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7AF, United Kingdom.
