NDRHI Closure Guidance
Decision
The guidance explains our proposed administration of the closure of the NDRHI and changes made to scheme for new and current participants. The guidance is based on the amendment regulations for the Renewable Heat Incentive Regulations 2018 (as amended) laid on 25 January 2021. The relevant amendment regulations come into force on 31 March 2021.
We have published the final guidance document on 31 March. In addition, we have published alongside our final guidance our response to stakeholder comments to our draft guidance. This details the changes we have made.
