NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 05 April 2017 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to National Gas and Power Limited (company number 09523569) whose registered office is situated at 113 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1LR, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
