NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 20 December 2017 a gas transporter licence was granted under section 7(2) of the Act to Murphy Gas Networks Limited (company number 10622244) whose registered office is situated at Hiview House, Highgate Road, London, NW5 1TN United Kingdom authorising it to convey gas through pipes to any premises in Great Britain.
