This letter sets out our final decision to modify the licences of the gas transporter and electricity transmission companies having fully considered the responses to our August 2016 statutory consultation on the proposed licence modification.
A stakeholder satisfaction incentive applies to gas transporter and transmission owners to encourage them to be more outwardly focused and responsive to changing stakeholder needs.
