NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 3 August 2015 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Manx Utilities Authority (a Statutory Board established by the Isle of Man Parliament (Tynwald) pursuant to the Transfer of Functions (Manx Utilities Authority) Order 2014) whose principal office is situated at PO Box 177, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 1PS, British Isles, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
