NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 02 July 2019 a gas transporter licence was granted under section 7(2) of the Act to Leep Gas Networks Limited (company number 10924298 whose registered office is situated at The Greenhouse, MediacityUK, Salford, United Knigdom, M50 2EQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to convey gas through pipes to any premises in Great Britain and convey gas through pipes to any pipe-line system operated by another gas transporter which is designed to receive gas at an operating pressure not exceeding 7 bar gauge.
