NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 ("the Act"), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") hereby gives notice that on (insert Licence issued date) a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to LCC Power Limited (company number NI608111) whose registered office is situated at 16 Churchtown Road, Cookstown, Tyrone, BT80 9XD, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
