NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 16 May 2017 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Kincardine Offshore Windfarm Limited (company number SC475345) whose registered office is situated at CMS Camerson McKenna LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EN, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
