Invitation to Energy Codes Review workshops in September 2019

On 22 July, BEIS and Ofgem jointly published a consultation on reforming the energy industry codes. The consultation closes on 16 September 2019. We would like to invite you to attend a workshop on the reforms proposed in this consultation. Details of the venues and dates are below:
- Monday 2 September - BEIS Conference Centre, 1 Victoria Street, Westminster, London, SW1H 0ET
- Wednesday 4 September – Birmingham Repertory Theatre (Room 101), Broad Street, Centenary Square, Birmingham, B1 2EP
Each workshop will be identical in content and run from 1pm to 4.15pm. We will try to accommodate all requests for attendance, but depending on the level of interest, we may need to restrict attendance to one or two per organisation.
Please can you respond once per organisation (providing names and job titles) and indicate which date you would like to attend. Please provide your responses by 20 August so we can allocate spaces appropriately.
We are also assessing demand to hold a webinar for those who are unable to attend the workshops. The content will be based on the workshop material. We anticipate hosting the webinar that same week. Please register your interest for the webinar with codereform@beis.gov.uk by 20 August so we can understand if the demand is there for this event.
