NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9) OF THE GAS ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 2 June 2020 a restriction to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(6) of the Act to Impex Energy Ltd (company number 10971782) whose registered office is situated at Pure Offices Plato Close, Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa, CV34 6WE, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
