Settlement reform highlights
Business Case and Impact Assessment: Strategic Outline Case published on 8 February, using HM Treasury Best Practice Five Case Model guidance.
Target Operating Model (TOM): In accordance with stage 1 of the TOM design, the ELEXON led Design Working Group have developed five high level skeleton TOMs. These TOM options will now be evaluated by both the Design Working Group and the Design Advisory Board before being provided to the Ofgem SRO. Elexon held a well-received workshop on 28 February to explain the TOM work so far to stakeholders.
HHS Stakeholder Telephone Conference: Latest teleconference held on Thursday 22nd February. Thank you to all stakeholders who attended.
