OTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 22 May 2018 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to GridBeyond Limited (company number 08211691) whose registered office is situated at 54 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1DU, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
