Grid Code GC0042: Information on Embedded Small Power Stations

This modification seeks to amend the Grid Code and the Distribution Code to provide that Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) include information on Embedded Small Power Stations of registered capacity of 1MW or more in their Week 24 data submissions to National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET). This will help to facilitate the effective and efficient development and operation of the National Electricity Transmission System (NETS).
The Authority approved the modification on 7 August 2014.
