On 23 September 2014 we published our decision to proceed with licence modifications to give effect to the Gas Security of Supply Significant Code Review (Gas SCR). As part of this, we decided to make modifications to the standard conditions of the Gas Supply and Gas Shipper licences.

We have since identified errors in the implementation dates specified in the directions for the changes to the Gas Supply and Gas Shipper licences. Due to an administrative error, the notices of modification specified that the amendments would take effect on and from 19 November 2014. As set out in our Gas SCR Conclusions (published 23 September 2014), our intent was for these amendments to take effect on and from 1 October 2015, at the same point the changes to the Uniform Network Code (UNC) take effect.

Attached is a correction slip to confirm that the insertion of new standard condition 19D to the gas supply licence and new standard condition 15A to the gas shipper licence will take effect on and from 1 October 2015.
