The Erroneous Transfer Customer Charter imposes mandatory requirements upon suppliers in order to protect consumers who have been erroneously transferred. It is contained in the MRA and SPAA industry codes.

This consultation, published in 2002, explains the changes made following Ofgems review of the ET Customer Charter in March 2002.
