NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 11 June 2019 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Equinicity Ltd (company number 11374646) whose registered office is situated at Railway House, Bruton Way, Gloucester, GL1 1DG, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
