Energy Company Obligation: Monitoring

This document lists the questions to be used during Energy Company Obligation (ECO) technical monitoring (TM). We have developed the questions with industry and suppliers. The questions must be used for all ECO technical monitoring conducted after 1 April 2014: including the monitoring of measures installed in April and May 2015.
For ECO2 virgin loft insulation measures there are additional requirements that must be met. These requirements also apply to all virgin loft insulation measures installed from 1 April 2015.
The requirements include two new monitoring questions for virgin loft measures, one post-installation question and one scoring question, which must be incorporated into the virgin loft technical monitoring questions from 1 April 2015. These questions are available below.
