Where the Metering Test has been failed a significant period of time prior to the Metering Test Certificate deadline amend the timescales to implement the rectification plan to account for more complex issues requiring site outages and or new Metering Equipment to be acquired. To make the implementation related to the Metering Test Certificate deadline as 40 working days from receipt of the failure notice may be beyond this deadline.
