Summary of response to the consultation

The Electricity Market Reform dispute resolution guidance describes our process for determining disputes between National Grid and participants in the Capacity Market and Contracts for Difference mechanisms.  We have a statutory role in determining certain disputes where participants disagree with a decision made by National Grid.

On this page you can find our published letter relating to the responses to consultation and our decision. Our draft guidance was published for consultation on 27 June 2014 and closed on 24 July 2014. We held a stakehodler event to discuss our guidelines on 11 July 2014. Details of responses received are now available on the initial consultation page.

We have considered the draft guidance in light of these responses and of comments made at the stakehodler event. Where appropriate we have made some changes to the guidance text in response to these comments. Our final guidance document has now been published on our website and provides an overview of the dispute resolution process and the procedures we will follow in making our decision.
