This product sets out the high-level impact of transformation (enhancements, modifications) to the business processes, IT systems, data services and interfaces of the new Switching Arrangements.
This product, along with the recently published Operational Choreography and Design Repository (ABACUS) forms part of the suite of products that constitute the new Switching Arrangements end to end design. Collectively they set out the business processes, logical solution architecture, the non-functional requirements and the service management strategy that may be applied to the new arrangements.
Stakeholders are invited to provide comments on these products by 23 November to the Switching Programme In-Box (switchingprogramme@ofgem.gov.uk) with ‘E2E Product Comments’ as the Subject Title.
