Non-Domestic RHI

The new sustainability requirements for the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) have now come into force. This means you will need to be using sustainable fuel from 5 October 2015.

For further details see our updated guidance - in particular, Chapter 4 of RHI Guidance Volume 2. You can also see our Easy Guide to Sustainability for a summary of the requirements.

Next time you submit your meter readings on the RHI register you will see an “Enter Sustainability Information” section that you must complete before you can submit your data. This will appear every quarter.

If you have any questions about the sustainability requirements, please email us: RHI.biomass-sustainability@ofgem.gov.uk or telephone the RHI enquiry line: 0300 003 2289.
