Dear Colleagues
In recent years we have hosted a number of DG Forum events. These provided an opportunity for DG customers and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to discuss issues associated with connecting to the network and the steps required to improve arrangements.
After last year’s events we signalled that if stakeholders saw value in holding these Forum events in the future, then we would expect DNOs to take the lead in coordinating the sessions.
The DNOs (through the Energy Networks Association (ENA)) have responded to this and have organised the following DG Forum events for 2013 –
17th October – Cardiff
23rd October – London
30th October - Glasgow
As well as presentations from DNOs and representatives from the DG community there will be an opportunity for questions and open discussion at these events.
We continue to support this engagement between DNOs and the DG community. We will be in attendance at all of the events to understand the progress that has been made and the issues that customers still encounter.
