Decision for

On 3 March 2017, we consulted on making changes to version 2 of the Electricity Distribution Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) which were published on 31 March 2016. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements rather than introducing new requirements.

This Direction issues these modifications to the RIGs. These modifications will take effect on and from 1 April 2017 and are version 3 of RIGs.

This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Condition 46 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity distribution licence.
