On 18 April 2019, we published Directions to make modifications to the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-ED1 and RIIO-ET1. These Directions did not include the introduction of the RFPR.
These Directions introduce the requirement to report regulatory financial performance as part of the RIIO-ED1 and ET1 RIGs. These modifications will take effect on and from 1 April 2019.
The RFPR has also been introduced for RIIO-GD1 and GT1, but have been published as part of their main RIGs modification for 2018-19 RIGs reporting.
