The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority is issuing the decision after reviewing the amended Article 18 proposal submitted by National Grid Electricity System Operator Ltd on 4 August 2019 in accordance with Article 18 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing.
