On 19 December 2018 BBL Company (BBL) proposed modifications to its Charging Methodology to the authority for approval.
After careful consideration, we have decided to approve the proposed modifications to BBL’s Charging Methodology. We have made this decision on the basis that we are satisfied that the proposed modifications meet the relevant charging methodology objectives.
This letter and the annexed direction set out our decision to approve the submitted proposals.
