We have decided to modify electricity and gas supply standard licence conditions, electricity distribution standard licence condition and gas transporter standard and standard special licence condition covering Priority Services Register arrangements.
The decision follows our statutory consultation dated 13 June 2016, which outlined our proposed changes, the reasons for proposing these changes and Notices of draft licence conditions.
We have carefully considered and taken into account responses received to our statutory consultation. The changes will take effect on and from 1 January 2017.
