On 24 November 2016 we launched a consultation seeking views on our proposed draft margin and incentives direction for DCC's role within the Transitional Phase of the Switching Programme.
The consultation asked for views on appropriate comparators for assessing DCC’s margin and sought input into the mechanics of the incentives framework. This document sets out the decisions, and reason for them, in relation to our determination of an appropriate margin allowance and how margin is placed at risk in relation to the timely delivery of incentivised milestones to agreed quality.
