We are publishing our decision under section 11A(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989 to make modifications to Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc’s (SHE Transmission’s) electricity transmission licence. This follows a statutory consultation on the proposed licence changes which we published on 18 December 2013 (the December consultation). The modifications will take effect on 16 September 2014.
