On 2nd May 2018 we published an update on the Settlement Reform website informing stakeholders that we had undertaken a review of membership of the Design Working Group to ensure it is appropriate for the next stage of the Target Operating Model design work (stage 2). As a result of the review, we decided to seek stakeholder applications for a new member of the Design Working Group

We received a number of stakeholder applications and also considered previous unsuccessful DWG applicants. We have decided to appoint James Murphy (Stark) to the Design Working Group.

We would like to thank all of the applicants for their continuing interest in the Design Working Group and the development of the Target Operating Model.

All stakeholders can continue to follow the Target Operating Model design work on the BSC website and the Ofgem settlement reform webpage. We will continue to maintain regular contact with stakeholders throughout the duration of the TOM design work via a range of communication channels such as teleconference calls, updates and individual stakeholder meetings. ELEXON have also published an updated forward work plan for the TOM design work, setting out the planned milestones and future consultation dates. A copy of the updated forward work plan is available below.
