On 31 October 2017, we received the proposal from GB TSOs in accordance with Article 36(1) of the guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation (the FCA Regulation). The proposal were submitted to us by the relevant GB TSOs in line with our assignment of obligations.

This letter sets out our decision to approve the nomination rules for Physical Transmission Rights for the bidding zone borders of the Channel Region; pursuant to Article 36(2) of the FCA Regulation.
