Ofgem commissioned Ipsos MORI to conduct a face-to-face survey representative of the population of Great Britain aged 15+. The objective of the research was to provide an up-to-date understanding of consumer engagement with the GB energy market, including switching rates, engagement with bills and other communications, and trust in energy suppliers. Where possible, this report includes year-on-year comparisons with the previous surveys in March 2013, March 2012, January 2011 and March 2010, though there are some questionnaire changes during that period.
