NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 3 June 2020 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Crown Oil Limited (company number 01315556) whose registered office is situated at The Oil Centre, Bury New Road, Heap Bridge, Bury, BL9 7HY, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below).
