Insight Exchange carried out a two-stage research and engagement process on behalf of Ofgem to better understand consumer needs, and their expectations of energy supplier standards. The process also set out to help inform the development of the proposed Standards of Conduct, and to help suppliers consider how they may embed the Standards into their business. This report provides a summary of the methodology and key findings from the study.
