Our decision to direct that DCUSA modification proposal DCP178 ‘Notification Period for Change to Use of System Charges’ is revised and resubmitted

The industry has proposed a change to the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement, which would increase the notice period for changes to distribution use of system charges from 40 days to 15 months (known as DCP178).

The working group issued two consultations, which identified a number of potential benefits and costs arising from the change.

However, we have decided to issue our own consultation to make sure that all effected parties are aware of DCP178 and have had the opportunity to comment.
