We are consulting on the proposal to limit the total costs recovered from generators in Great Britain through TNUoS charges in a given year. This is to comply with European Commission Regulation (EU) No 838/2010. The proposal was submitted to us by National Grid Electricity Transmission plc as a CUSC modification proposal 224 (CMP224). This document sets out areas where we are seeking further information, and also explains our minded-to position.
