This letter highlights and corrects a drafting error in our consent to National Grid Gas plc’s proposal to substitute NTS Exit (Flat) Capacity on 16 December 2013. We have now corrected this mistake, please see the amended consent below.
The new letter states that the step change happens in April 2019, consistent with National Grid Gas plc’s proposal (and not April 2017 as per our previous letter). We maintain our consent to National Grid's proposal to substitute NTS Exit Capacity to meet a request for additional capacity at the Pembroke offtake.
