NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 09 November 2018 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Cleve Hill Solar Park Limited (company number 08904850) whose registered office is situated at Woodington House, Woodington Road, East Wellow, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 6DQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
